ErgoLab Research was established in 2006 out of Wageningen University & Research Centre (Wageningen UR). ErgoLab Research aims to transfer science, specialist knowledge and experience to the society in an understandable way. Skills have been developed in the more than 20 years of experience in fundamental and applied research.

 

Measurements are performed using high-tech techniques according to the latest scientific protocols. ErgoLab Research is experienced with knowledge transfer to target groups, such as policy-makers, employers, education and trainers.

 

The know-how of ErgoLab Research is applied broadly to the society, including the working population. The expertise of ErgoLab Research can be applied easily to the government, both national and local, services in regard to labour disablement and sick leave, production industry (including agriculture and building industry), transport, public works, green area, distribution and transhipment, contract work or producers of machinery. In addition, client-specific advices can be formulate, e.g. in the decision of (often expensive) tools and machinery (in other words: does the product meet the expectation or health norm).
